Remito is a revolutionary mobile application designed to streamline and simplify the process of currency transfer for forex traders and individuals alike. It works for multiple currencies like Dollar, Euro, Pound to INR.
Our client already have the mobile app but he wants to revamp it completely.
Outdated UI/UX
The client’s existing app faced several issues related to outdated design and technology. Users experienced slow speed, complex user flows, and delays in notifications, hampering their overall experience.
Low Performance
The previous app suffered from sluggish performance and a confusing UI/UX, requiring additional efforts from the admin for new customer onboarding.
User Communication Issue
Communication with app users was a challenge in the previous app, as there were no means for direct interaction between the admin and users.
Features Enhancement
Initially developed as an MVP, the client seeks to enhance the app’s features and functionality to attract more customers and foster business growth.
Solution
After conducting a series of meetings with the client and gathering feedback from existing users, our team meticulously tested the current app to identify any issues. Subsequently, based on these findings and insights, we have formulated a comprehensive redevelopment plan for Remito.
User Experience Redesign:
Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the existing app’s user interface and user experience. Identify pain points, areas for improvement, and user feedback. Redesign the app interface using modern design principles to create a more intuitive and user-friendly experience.
Technology Stack Upgrade:
Evaluate the current technology stack used in the app and consider upgrading to newer and more efficient technologies. For example, consider using the latest versions of Flutter for the frontend, Node.js for the backend, and AWS to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Feature Enhancement:
Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify new features and functionalities that could enhance the app’s value proposition. Prioritize the development of features such as multi-currency support, real-time exchange rate updates, faster transaction processing, Live Chat window, and improved security features.

Continuously gathered feedback from users and stakeholders while testing and then worked on each screen and redesigned it with a better UI/UX. The new app is published with a completely new user flow.
Optimize the app’s performance to ensure fast loading times, smooth navigation, and seamless user interactions. This may involve optimizing code, reducing unnecessary network requests, and caching data locally to minimize latency.
Develop some new features like Live chat, Discounts & Cashback, Educational resources, Document verification, E-commerce, Login history, etc
The app offers round-the-clock customer support to assist users with any queries or issues they may encounter during the remittance process. Users can access support via chat, email, or phone, ensuring prompt assistance whenever needed.
Success Metrics
Transaction Volume: Measure the total volume of remittance transactions processed through the app to assess its popularity and adoption rate among users.
User Retention: Track the retention rate of users to evaluate the app’s ability to retain customers over time and foster long-term engagement.
